Training & Development

Learning & Development is strongly encouraged and promoted at BNP Paribas Securities Services. All new staff participate in a comprehensive Business Integration Programme over their first 90 days with the organisation. Following this staff are encouraged to enrol in courses to develop their skills and competencies. These can be studied internally, as e-learning modules, or as professional qualifications and cover areas such as the securities industry, communication skills, management, languages and office technology.
