Drive and deliver global FCC strategy and implementation for this leading Bank. Senior leadership role with international remit

This leading Banking & Financial Services Group has a reputation for providing rewarding, challenging and diverse career opportunities at a leadership level. They are looking to further enhance their existing FCC platform with the appointment of a senior Director to help drive and manage global FCC strategy and delivery.

The opportunity will play a key role in driving a robust and consistent global FCC framework and strategy for the group. You will develop and embed solutions that deliver effective global management of FCC issues and obligations influencing across multiple global locations.

The role operates at a central strategic level and will continually strive to enhance and develop systems, operations and FCC capability across the global group. Covering all facets of FCC, you will play a key pivotal role in building and leveraging best practices for financial crime risk. You will manage a local team and influence a broad global function across multiple locations.

Applications are sought from highly experienced FCC leaders who can show a track record with an international banking or financial services business. You will bring depth and understanding of FCC, ideally with exposure to multiple areas including AML, Sanctions and ABC. Bringing a highly developed engagement style you will possess the ability to influence and steer across multiple jurisdictions and at all levels.
