Audit Specialist (m/f) - Treasury

Audit Markets and Compliance covers the business and supporting units of Erste Holding relating to the Capital Markets Business, i.e. trading and sales, market risk management and back office processing.
 A second pillar of the unit's activities are core Central Financial Functions (including Accounting, Controlling, Regulatory Reporting and Subsidiary Management) and Regulatory Compliance at the Holding as well as at the group level.


- have a university degree with a background in economics or organisation/IT
- provide at least 5 years of professional experience in a capital markets related area, preferably audit, risk management or organisation/mid office functions
- have analytical skills and are experienced in data analysis and use of analytical tools
- offer high communication skills and the ability to constructively contribute to the resolution of conflicts
- are an expert in MS Office functions (expert use of MS Excel; basic use of MS Access)
- have practical knowledge of (one or more) core systems used in the capital markets area (trading and risk management)
- have the willingness to travel to the group's Banks
- perform audits in the bank's units covering market activities (including market risk of the banking book; proprietary trading, sales, liquidity management as well as the related risk management and transaction processing functions)
- review regulatory requirements connected to the audited areas (including MiFID I and II)
- develop/adapt audit programs and questionnaires
- cooperate with business-, risk- and audit units throughout the group
- follow up on audit measures until final implementation
