We are looking for a Sales Executive - Risk & Performance (m/w)

to join our team in Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany

This is an excellent opportunity for a successful sales person to participate in this transformation from inside learning about the solutions that the banks are executing against challenges such Liquidity squeeze, Capital shortfall and new regulations such as Basel III, SA CCR, FRTB, IRRBB. We are looking for a Sales Executive who will manage the territory and maintain our leading position from our office located in Frankfurt or Vienna.

This role offers the fantastic opportunity for the selected individual to foster existing relationships with a local presence for Risk Management solutions as well as support the Frankfurt based Head of Sales into the launch of new business initiatives (new products, new clients).

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with key of our solutions within new prospects and existing clients
  • Leveraging relationships to uncover sales opportunities for Professional Services and license sales
  • Close cooperation with our pre-sales consultants to deliver tailored and well-executed workshops and detailed presentations
  • Responding to RFIs and RFPs
  • Managing the sales process throughout the full sales lifecycle
  • Identifying market trends and providing feedback to Product Management colleagues
  • Actively participating in conferences / participating in the organization thereof
  • Actively participating in the creation / review of all marketing and sales collateral

Desirable Skills Required:

  • Understanding the complexity of selling solutions to banks
  • Experience in working with the German/Austrian Banking sector

Essential Skills Required:

  • Successful first experience in financial markets. Knowledge in Banking, Risk Management and Trading required
  • Language Skills: Fluent German, Fluent English
  • Sales experience with proven closing skills in a similar environment is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills, persuasiveness
  • Demonstrating strong customer focus
  • Solid academic background: Bachelor or Master in Finance or Engineering
  • IT affinity, flair
  • Strong communicator and networker
  • Autonomous, pro-active personality
  • High level of personal integrity
