You will be supporting the CEO office team at Allianz Investment Management SE (AIM SE). Your main task is to support the Corporate Communications function that covers internal and external communications at AIM and for Investment Management at Allianz Group. Most important projects are the content management of the AIM internal communications platform and support in handling the internal social media platform for employees. Bringing in your own ideas and creativity is highly welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign, write, and/or edit English-language content for external and internal channels, including AIM communication platform
  • Willingness to create compelling content, included text, data and graphics for a broad audience
  • Support project to set up global internal events
  • Illustrate content in PowerPoint
  • Support in daily business of CEO Office

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Advanced stage of your degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar studies with solid credentials
  • Strong experience with online media and tools
  • High motivation and pro-activeness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and independent working style
  • Willingness to work against tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
  • Registered as a student for the entire duration of the working student job

Working student position, 16-20h/week, ideally starting in September 2017, duration 12 Months.
