Mission

PMO:

• Collect project and program status information from project leaders to give a monthly update on progress, achievements and issues
• Monitor and report time tracking of the project portfolios with an overview of the budget vs actual
• Consolidate and prepare regular communication report to the management for review
• Maintain knowledge management media and documentation database within the project team
• Consolidate project roadmap and staffing needs during the budget exercise

Business Analyst:

• Be responsible for coordinating projects, defining the appropriate methodology and governance to report status and roadblocks to regional and global sponsors
• Ensure deliveries are made on time, within the budget allocated and that project is executed in line with Regulator's requirements and timeline.
• Report to management the progress on the project as well as potential issues / decision needed
• Build and drive the relevant working group to synchronise on deliverables and planning
• Gap analysis to assess the impact on business and OPER processes
• Lead feasibility studies to deliver solution proposal in terms of system, organisation and processes
• Design target system architecture - Leverage on global solutions and IS architecture when relevant for Asia xx
• Synchronise and leverage on Paris expertise to deliver faster. Coordinate with other projects (regional / global) to ensure global consistency
• In charge of the delivery of OPER business requirements and UAT coordination when relevant
• Support change management ( training , procedures documentation) for the impacted teams
• Ensure the proper control framework is implemented
• Responsible to support post project roll-out
• Ensure all documentations (key working documents and exhaustive list of deliverables) related to the project are properly stored
• Take active role into project team knowledge sharing sessions (presentations for team meetings etc.) and continuous improvement (constant effort of mutualisation, standardization, automation of team day-to-day tasks
