  • Support Connexis Cash 2, the Group Cash Management e-banking solution
  • Support Connexis Cash Mobile, the smartphone extension of the Connexis Cash 2
  • Handle Deployments of releases and patches delivered by the development teams.
  • Support local users requests within COD team
  • Support of Cash Management internet and mobile applications
    • Verify reported issues and troubleshoot
    • Manage the communication with other BNPP departments
    • Perform quality control and functional testing of packages
    • Participate in setup and running of Asia site UATs
    • Participate in system specification according to BNPP standard
    • Plan and report on assigned tasks
    • Review business requirements and provide constructive feedback
    • Participate in roster for mobile support hotline weekdays, weekend and bank holidays
    • Participate in rotating late shift organization to support Paris
    • Co-ordinate with maintenance & development team
    • Follow CMMi standard according to management direction
    • Travel abroad when needed for missions
  • Deployment
    • Build the roadmap, perform rehearsal
    • Supervise production deployment of Quick Fix, Patch or Major Release, with IPS team in Paris
    • Perform sanity test post deployments
    • Handle communications for operations
  • Communications with team members in Europe, America and Asia
    • Be able to work in multi-cultural environments
    • Facilitate communications between team members
  • Integration within the team in BNPP
    • Show a good team spirit and team work
    • Show good communication skills
    • Provide excellence in term of Quality of Service toward internal & external clients.

  • Administration / Reporting
    • Perform job assigned by the supervisor
    • Participate to meetings organized by the team
    • Provide activity report as requested by his supervisor
    • Inform management about any issues related to its job
  • On-Call & On Site support roster
    • To be on roster for support on Hong Kong Bank Holidays and weekends
    • Participate in rotating late shift organization to support Paris when needed


Essential Technical Knowledge / Skills:
  • Internet security concepts
  • RDBMS concepts
  • SQL
  • PL/SQL
  • UNIX/Linux
  • Shell Script (KSH)
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • At least 4-6 year's working experience
  • Have knowledge for Internet applications
  • Have some knowledge regarding flows around applications
  • Basic Skills for Java Programming & Algorithmics
  • Knowledge for Cash Management business activity would be appreciated
