We Offer...
The team member will assist in:

  • Monitoring shareholding positions of Credit Suisse Group entities ("Group")
  • Disclosing the Group's substantial shareholding interests through timely notification made to relevant Authorities/Issuers
  • Preparing and submitting the Group's reporting under the taleover deals
  • Carrying out and submitting Short Sell Positions Reports according to regulatory requirements
  • Providing advices and guidance to the Group on shareholding position limit related issues
  • Granting approvals on trading of stocks placed in the Group's restricted list due to position holding limits
  • Consultation with local compliance officers and/or legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Keep track on changes of regulatory requirements on position holding limits and disclosure requirements from regulators
  • On-going maintenance and improvement of the internal systems
  • Carry out ad hoc projects in collaboration with IT and other teams in the Group

You Offer...
  • Compliance/ Legal/ Risk and/or Middle Office experience preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information and matters with discretion
  • Ability to work on ad hoc issues and projects
  • Able to manage multiple and high priority tasks
  • Detailed oriented, with prompt follow-up
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner
  • Effective interpersonal and presentation skills
