An international asset management firm is looking for an outstanding candidate to join as Marketing Compliance Senior Manager. The position is based in Hong Kong.

Our client is an international asset management firm with an international presence. To cope with their business expansion, they are seeking an outstanding candidate to join them.
Provide services to the business units with respect to the review and clearance of all external communications offered to investors and clients in the Asia Pacific region, including sales literature, advertising, web-based materials, and other communications to be used in various global jurisdictions. Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the APAC Communications review process. Require a good working knowledge of the investment products and services, as well as an understanding of the local sales practice requirements. Act as a project lead and coordinate work of other compliance staff with respect to the review of APAC Communications, as appropriate. This position will coordinate with relevant colleagues within the Legal Department to help ensure broad consistency between all regional compliance advertising policies and practices. Work closely with the other regional communications compliance staff to ensure consistency across the department, while meeting both firm and local regulatory requirements. The position will also work with relevant colleagues within the Legal Department and others within the business units to evaluate and maintain efficient procedures for Communications review.
To qualify for the position, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years direct experience working on APAC fund or other financial services advertising/communications issues. Excellent communication in English and Chinese. Detailed knowledge of APAC regulatory regimes will be a plus. Product knowledge, including non U.S. funds structures. Process design and improvement skills.
