Job Description

Reporting to Manager, Credit Risk Control, the incumbent will be responsible to:

  • support the team to prepare credit and security documentation
  • close liaison with solicitors and the origination teams on the preparation of non-standard loan securing documentation
  • liaison with CRC hubs on system input and maintenance of customer profiles
  • input and maintenance of security details in bank's collateral management system
  • identify improvement opportunities, work on ad hoc projects as required

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Close liaison with solicitors and the origination teams on the preparation of non-standard loan securing documentation
  • ensure the perfection of all security documentation and follow up on deficient security documentation

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years relevant documentation experience gained in the banking or legal field
  • good knowledge of the Companies Ordinance
  • sound computer system and banking products knowledge
  • proactive and dynamic
  • fluency in both spoken and written English
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • be dynamic, change focused, ambition and objective driven
