Role Purpose * Drive the delivery of key KPI - Cash * Investment Committee Secretary for holding company * Lead or provide support to ad hoc projects


  • Drive delivery of key KPI - Cash
    • Monitor performance of Cash KPI and ensure delivery of planned cash remittances
    • Identify Cash opportunities
    • Execute projects and initiatives to drive delivery of Cash KPI
    • Prepare additional analysis on Cash KPI delivery to management
    • Support governance on holding company dividend declaration and prepare analysis on liquidity requirement of holding company
    • Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements
    • Handle ad hoc enquiries and prepare presentation / analysis as required
  • Investment Committee Secretary for holding company
    • Prepare the Investment Committee ("IC") agenda as discussed with IC Chairman
    • Prepare MI pack based on data from other functional areas
    • Review other meeting materials before circulation to IC members
    • Ensure all actions agreed in the IC are recorded in the minutes and distributed to its members as approved by the Committee
    • Review IC Terms of Reference annually
  • Lead or provide support to ad hoc projects
    • Perform analysis and prepare reports setting out findings and recommendations


  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong team player with a proactive personality, including a proven ability to develop relationships outside of the team / department
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task, act on own initiative and prioritise activities along the critical path to deliver on time
  • Qualified accountant from a recognised accounting body
  • Minimum 7 years' relevant experience with life insurance, life insurance consulting or life insurance advisory background
  • Excellent English language skill (both spoken and written) is essential
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of local solvency regulations for Asian countries, IFRS reporting and Embedded Value reporting would be an advantage
