We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Finance Transformation Platform Finance Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Independently manage Change the Bank activities of on boarded Finance Transformation Platform sites.
  • Lead new product system on boarding to Finance Transformation Platform.
  • Lead the Finance impact assessment on business change initiatives and ensure Finance Transformation Platform readiness to accept the changes.
  • Deliver data from Finance Transformation Platform to support new or existing local regulatory and group reporting requirements.
  • Deliver data from Finance Transformation Platform to support other Finance Functions such as Asset Liability Capital Management, Business Finance, and Regulatory.
  • Support line finance process improvement initiatives using Finance Transformation Platform.
  • Manage all production activities performed by the offshore team around accounting rules and production breaks to ensure the integrity of the general ledger.
  • Ensure that local design aligns with global Finance Transformation Platform design principles and strategy and supports the wider benefits realisation objective for Finance.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University degree holder with professional accountancy qualification.
  • Solid relevant working experience within Finance in the banking industry.
  • Knowledge and experience with Finance Transformation Platform implementation is a definite advantage.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Finance and Banking System and Group Financial Reporting such as GRCA, FINREP
  • Experience of ascertaining, defining and constructing Business Requirement documentation.
  • Experience within a project environment.
  • Able to work under changing environment and under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables, often with competing deadlines
  • Ability to act as the interface between the Business and IT Functions.
