To support our strategic transformation program, we are currently looking for a:
Service Delivery – Senior Project Coordinator (m/f)
Service Delivery is responsible for Technical implementation and support of strategic, bank-wide IT solutions.
The primary role of the successful candidate will be to ensure infrastructure and technical deployments of our projects and programs are delivered successfully.
He/she will ensure that the technical solutions delivered meet the project's objectives, are effectively and efficiently deployed within the bank and allow the realization of the set business benefits.
Principal activities:
- As part of your function, you will:
- Manage the project/release scope, objectives and deliverables and set up the required project/release structure and governance;
- Plan and schedule the project/release according to the required milestones and target release date;
- Define, maintain and actively follow-up on action plans;
- Plan and manage the project/release resource capacity and allocation;
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues and change requests;
- Define, coordinate and ensure implementation of the required communication and change management plan;
- Pro-actively take decisions or seek approval to ensure the project/release stays on track;
- Constantly monitor and report on project/release progress/KPI's to the Projects and Programs Governance instances


- Proven Project/Program Management experience  ideally in complex environments with multiple partners ;
- Excellent analytical skills, organized, rigorous, hands-on and meticulous
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Positive attitude and customer focus;
- Strong business delivery focus;
- Stress-resistant and excellent soft skills (communication, cross-cultural people management).  At ease in presenting to/negotiating with senior and executive management.  Strong team building skills;  
- Fluent in English (must) and French, verbally and written;
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Access, Powerpoint);
- General architecture knowledge of enterprise server, desktop operating systems and applications such as:
- AIX, Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Windows
- Oracle, SQL
- Websphere Application Server
- IIS ( Internet Information Services )
