JOB PURPOSE: * To contact customers for payment based on queues and job assigned.
* To maximize efforts in collections prior to charge off.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily responsibilities
o Handling Unsecured CCPL(Credit cards and Personal Loan) delinquent loan accounts.
o Implementing action to minimize Credit Centre losses and maximize recoveries.
o Complete activities based on daily action report and account report.
o Handling customer enquiry's and negotiates repayment terms.
o Reviewing operational processes within collection to identify opportunities to streamline operations.
* EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED * Good general knowledge of Banking practice and its relevant legislation.
* Well speaking in English
* Good negotiation skills.
* Ability to be creative, unyielding and patient.
* SPM level with minimum 2 years of Banking/customer service experience OR
* Fresh Graduates
