Credit Admin Officer

  • To prepare Letter of Offer to customers;
  • To prepare Supplemental Letter of Offer or Letter of Notification to customers;
  • To prepare legal documents for customer's execution;
  • To prepare monthly reports for Senior Management;
  • Perform basic checking/screening on loan/financing application and account opening;
  • Perform credit search and prepare DCHQ, CTOS, Credit Bureau report, INL and E-name on loan/financing/Account Opening application;
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects / assignments allocated from time to time


Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS or related area preferred;
  • Minimum of 1-2 years working experience (preferable experience with Banking Industry);
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excess and PowerPoint etc;
  • Committed in completing assignment within deadline, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills and team oriented;
  • Basic knowledge & experience in Credit Bureau/CTOS/E-name/AS400 system;
  • Able to work fast, independently and under pressure;
  • Able to be a team player and demonstrate good teamwork;
  • Able to work beyond normal working hours to complete daily volume.
