We are seeking a Project Lead who can review and coordinate with vendors and interface development team on technical specification closure to ensure any change management is managed. The project lead will take responsibility and manage own deliverables, agreeing with stakeholders on delivery dates and providing progress updates and escalations where required.

• Liaising with business (products & operations) to confirm functional requirements and      outstanding clarifications from the business requirement document (BRD).
• Review functional and non-functional document, agree signoff with technology project    manager
• Obtain clarifications and sign-offs from all relevant stakeholders for technical, functional    documents and processes.
• Review and coordinate with vendor and interface development team on technical   specification closure – and ensure any change management against that tech spec is managed
• Provide support as required for project management activities such as communication, project estimations for scope, cost, timelines and risk.
• Liaising with the vendor on getting the change developed and agreeing realistic milestone that fits into project managers plan
• Manage change request lifecycle (process, reporting, business communication, sizing, documenting and confirming the change scope)

• Jointly develop data implementation plan with stakeholders.
• Manage the testing phases (SIT and UAT) including ensuring that test cases have been properly executed, results documented and defects fixed.
• Track and manage project progress as well as issues.
• Manage the required implementation/go-live activities
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and implement it effectively in the enterprise.
• Provide progress update and escalate project risks and issues to project manager
• Comply with all applicable regulatory and bank policies.
• Conform to the bank’s internal software development framework. 

Job Requirements:

Essential Skills / Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of working experience
• Project experience in carry out the entire SDLC.
• Technical skill –
  o Linux
  o Oracle

Desirable Skills / Experience:
• Wealth Management application knowledge – Specifically on Equity, Bonds and Funds
• Experience in working with virtual or remote team.
• Complete at least 2 mid-size project cycles in last 12 months.
• Technical skill 
   – IBM Websphere MQ, Websphere Application Server, Control-M job scheduling, architecture design for 
       load balancing, experience in developing web services
