Join Accenture Communications, Media and High Tech ASEAN management consulting practice, with a focus on shaping and transforming clients' sales and marketing operations
The person will own and drive sales and marketing projects and client engagements for CMT MCASEAN

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
  • Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
  • Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
  • Provide thought leadership in the sales, marketing and channel operations functions
  • Capable to interact at all levels of an organization - from CXO, Head Sales, Head Marketing, Head Customer Value Management to working team level
  • Generate new opportunities for the CMT practice across existing clients and new clients - focusing primarily on Telecommunications companies

Basic qualifications
  • Strong Experience working on sales and marketing transformation with communication service providers
  • Proven previous experience in leading consultancy capacity
  • Strong understanding of customer value management solutions, process and organization implications across the value chain (segmentation/analytics, campaign development/execution, sales/channel enablement and performance management)
  • Skilled in project management and delivery
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, effectively managing changes within internal/client requirement
  • At least 5+ years of experience
  • Have excellent academic skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and client/stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge client thinking and manage stakeholders around alignment to new strategies, thinking and complex change agenda
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
