To deliver accurate & timely MIS and reports to collection management and overseeing collections operational planning in Consumer Banking in order to minimize net credit losses and to meet the yearly budgeted 30+ delinquencies and loan impairment (LI) performance.

*Accountable for the Collections Reporting & MIS team compliance to the Group Code of Conduct and IT Security Guidelines
*Promote an active learning environment for continuous upgrade of knowledge on SAS programming, and understanding purpose of collections MIS & reports, to enable continuous improvements to be made
*Promote an active learning environment for continuous upgrade of knowledge on collections & recovery performance & productivity, operational & process risk control, & KPIs within the collections environment
*Responsible for timely communication & implementation of collections strategies, help to align In-country collections strategy to global strategy and work to drive through interaction with group collections and key stakeholders.
*Support the Head of Collections, Recovery/ECA manager, Pre Charge Off Head via Collections MIS/strategy to achieve their objectives.
*Assist to drive short, medium and long term strategic direction of Recovery and ECA assignment. Identify key risks and obstacles and help in develop a plan to overcome them.
*Demonstrate understanding of group strategy and ECA assignment processes, to provide proactive advice and support in all situations to arrive at the best result in the shortest time.
*Generate daily, weekly, monthly and yearly In-country and group collection related portfolio reports. Provide feedback to Recovery/ECA manager, Head of Collections and group collection folks on potential performance gaps, reasons and solutions for them.
*Conduct all relevant reconciliation related to Recovery and ECA portfolio. Responsible for special status accounts (Deceased/Bankrupt/AKPK/Debt Sold/Settled) reconciliation. Responsible to update and routing special status accounts to its correct queue.
*Maintains the strategy documentation of Recovery, ECA and CCPL pre charge off portfolios.
*Does up various memos related to the administration of all ECA related process such as assignment and abortion of accounts.
*Assist with planning and performance of key people management processes by generating data to support capacity planning for Recovery, ECA and CCPL pre charge off portfolios.
*Generates data to support administration of all ECA related matters and non performing sale process.
*Constantly identify gaps or potential improvements in the current process and strategy of Recovery, ECA and CCPL portfolios and recommend them to management.
*Ensure all strategy paper and ECA assignment policies & procedures comply with regulatory and group policies/ standards. Assure proper and updated documentation of all in-country procedures are maintained at all times
*Does up presentation slides for Recovery, ECA and CCPL pre charge off portfolios.
*Does ad hoc projects such as UATs, system enhancements and strategy testing.
*Ensure the business meets its obligations under Group Policy, Code of Conduct and complies with local laws and regulations by generating supporting data.
*Accountable for closing all policy &/or process standard gaps within agreed timelines
*Review and ensure that daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.
*Ensure that control issues &/or gaps arising from internal audits, business risk reviews, peer reviews, regulatory review, and collections QA reviews are action and closed within the stipulated timelines.
*Accountable for compliance with operational risk, against money laundering guidelines, reputational risk, treating customer fairly policy, and local regulations on collection activities, including but not limited to customer data privacy regulations, physical contact and use third party agency guidelines.
*To ensure compliance with the group's standards and regulatory requirements pertaining to money laundering and KYC.
*Participate in and/or support the bank's effort in combating money-laundering activities
*Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to money laundering and KYC in the day to day operations which include account opening and reviews, transaction monitoring, reporting suspicious, customer communication, implementing new requirements, updating and revising operating procedures, acquire relevant knowledge and training. Support to superior and subordinates.
*To adhere and comply with Bank Negara Guideline, Global Credit Standard, Credit Policy Manual and Syariah (Islamic Law) compliant.
*Champion continuous process improvements, through automation of standard MIS & reports, optimize ECA assignment process and capabilities to maximize cost efficiencies via scoring techniques.
