Right now, we are seeking an Officer II of AML Compliance, to be based in the Mexico City WU's office. In this role, you will provide operative support to the Back Office Team to oversight, control and report Western Union's agents and its affiliate's adherence to comply with Western Union's SWB AML program. In addition, you will: Support Compliance Operations, Compliance Corporate and the field team to comply with specific goals and timeframes according to SWB program requirements. Be a point of contact with master agents to solve issues in a timely manner. Through transaction analyses you will be able to complete 3rd party compliance reviews in WU's system. Through transaction analyses you will be able to perform and complete compliance reviews with WU's agents based in Mexico City. Create executive reports and presentations with raw data in short periods of time. Qualifications: 4 year degree preferred At least 2 year of experience in operations team is desirable. Advanced excel skills are required. Excellent written and verbal communication and training presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to analyze much different information to create reports and presentations. Multi-tasking. Customer service skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
