One of the reputable Asian Banks in Singapore is looking for a highly-motivated CRM Manager to join their Group Customer Experience Team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of the Group, you are responsible to manage the existing Siebel CRM platform where you provide front line helpdesk to the internal users, managing the Siebel user support web portal and provide ad-hoc new users training. While the bank is migrating to their future new CRM platform, you are a key team member involving in the development and future enhancement of the new CRM system where you provide perspective and expert views on how the Sales & Services processes operate.

Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you have operational experience with Siebel or other major enterprise software packages. As a key contact between both business and IT groups, you have good project management capabilities and efficient knowledge of banking products and services.
