All round support, involving answering phone calls, diary management, arranging internal and external meetings.
Arranging team meetings and department Town Halls.
Preparing meeting agendas, coordinating meeting participants (internal and external including auditors/regulators), and managing meeting reminders as needed. Follow up with meeting minutes where appropriate.
Making all necessary arrangements for business travel, including visas and scheduling meetings.
Establish professional and effective communication at all levels.
Handle sensitive and confidential materials.
Organizing itineraries for overseas visitors.
Additional ad hoc administrative duties, which may include handling projects involving gathering data for reports and presentation, maintaining / updating organizational charts, correspondences, back-up support for other administrative assistant or business support in the department.
xtensive experience required of providing support at a one to one Senior Level, ideally within the Banking industry.
