The Change & Communications Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and executing the change and communications strategy needed to support the delivery of the global 'HR Service Delivery Modernisation' programme within the Group's wider HR Change and Transformation portfolio.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy and Approach
The role holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Change & Communications strategy throughout the programme's lifecycle to agreed budget, timelines and quality:
* Works with the HR Service Delivery Modernisation programme manager (PM), HR Change portfolio leaders and business stakeholders alike to achieve the programme's goals
* Provide strategic and tactical advice to support driving sustainable change and implementing effective communications strategy to help successfully deliver the programme
* Creation and implementation of the communication strategy, roadmap and execution plan
* Creation of high quality and high impact communications materials within the plan that drives employee adoption and sustainability of change initiatives
* Understands the programme lifecycle and ensures all stages of the lifecycle are managed appropraitely in terms of the change and communications needed to support successful stage delivery
* Work with the Group HR communications team to ensure messaging is aligned, consistent and utilizes standardized formats
* Development of strong working relationships to get a good understanding of all activities going on, glean key priorities and identify any communication gaps that need to be addressed
* Ensures PM is made aware of any material risks or issues that arise

People and Talent
* Provide leadership, management and coaching to any future direct reports or team members to ensure they are highly engaged and performing to their potential
* Promote and embed a culture of openness, trust and risk awareness, where ethical, legal, regulatory and policy compliant conduct is the norm
* Ensure any future team is adequately resourced and staffed by an appropriate number of competent staff to support HR strategy
* Ensure each role / resource has clear responsibilities, reporting lines, delegated authorities and objectives

Regulatory & Business conduct
* Comply with the highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and practices as defined by internal and external requirements
* Understand and ensure compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including those governing securities activities, company law, anti-money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions; the Group's policies and procedures; and the Group Code of Conduct
* Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of the role
* Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters
* Embed the Group's Values and Group Code of Conduct to ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics. Comply with relevant policies, processes and regulations, as part of the culture
* Managing adherence to risk management protocols as it relates to internal and external events

Qualifications and Skills

* A proven track record managing successful change and communication efforts for global, complex technology implementations e.g., HCM, CRM, Shared Service implementations
* 5+ years of communications and change management, transformation experience; prefer experience within a large international, dynamic organisation
* Extensive understanding of change principles and methodologies with the ability to define a flexible, unique approach based on the business team and working environment
* Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Change Management
* Experience working within Human Resources and/or Financial Services preferable
* Evidence of prior experience managing and influencing stakeholders at senior levels
* Advanced MS Office Suite Skills including SharePoint
* Experience in using social collaboration and communication platforms such as 'Jive' or other intranet based technologies
* Excellent communication skills - oral, written and presentation
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to adapt to different styles according to target audience
* Demonstrated competency in independent judgment, decision making and problem solving, conflict management, planning, prioritising and goal setting
* Demonstrated a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team leader, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas:
o Creating high quality presentations and other communications materials tailored to intended audiences
o Demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement through innovation, simplification and leveraging industry-leading best practices
o Developing and executing robust communications strategies
o Communicating effectively via multiple channels and with impact to all levels of internal audiences
