Enterprise Risk Management

We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals at the Senior Associate / Assistant Manager level with relevant experience to join our fast growing and innovative Enterprise Risk Management practice.
The core responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
• work with clients to review, develop and implement Risk Management Frameworks, perform in-depth risk diagnostics and assessment (qualitative and quantiative) and recommend good risk and governance practices
• assist in the design and implementation of change management programmes
• share experience and knowledge, and help develop relevant recommendations and solutions, delivering assignments to high level of professionalism and client satisfaction
• support your Project Managers in managing project timelines, quality, budgets as well as client relationships
• lead, mentor and motivate your project teams in the execution of day-to-day tasks
The ideal candidate should have:
• at least 2 to 4 years risk management experience
• degree in risk management, economics, finance and/or engineering. Relevant professional certification is a plus
• excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written) in English, with the ability to interact confidently, at all levels of management
• basic to good knowledge of risk managem ent concepts and applications, Industry better practices (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO, etc.) and key ERM regulations (SGX 1207, etc.)
• strong project management, able to proritise and manage multiple portoflio
• possess analytical and problem-solving skills
• be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team pl ayer with a strong work ethic
• enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative and multi-cultural team / business environment
• experience in Business Continutiy Planning and Management and Data Analytics is a plus
