We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Intra Group Collaboration Executive.

Principal responsibilities

  • Intra Group Collaboration is established to support and advance the vision of being the Private Bank to the owners and principals of the bank's corporate clients. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the group head and client origination to the various businesses in core markets to establish new relationships and grow existing relationships in a Group regulatory policy compliant manner.
  • In respect of growing existing relationships, to help develop more dual-banked relationships through collaboration with Group Partners in South East Asia in support of the overall client banking need.
  • Work closely with the business and engaging with stakeholders in rolling out new initiatives to anticipate their needs and ensure high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of intra group activities, including and not exhaustive to preparation for stakeholder meetings, presentations, collaboration reports, coordination of client events, smooth running day to day operation of the team.
  • Assist client management teams to support Bankers in preliminary feasibility assessment of needs.
  • Maintain strong understanding and manage relationship with Group partners in core markets.
  • Deliver Private bank message to all relevant stakeholders in core markets.
  • Handles enquiries and reports timely manner to ensure all collaboration activities are tracked and monitored.
  • Organize corporate hospitality events in compliance with Group Marketing Guideline and Policy.
  • Constantly keeping abreast with the updated information through various sources intranet, as well as publicly available resources to keep the Private banking Literature updated.
  • Risk management and Observation of Internal Controls


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Role holder must be resilient, tenacious, and flexible with the ability to handle difficult situations well.
  • Detailed knowledge of Private Banking structure and individual motivations
  • Broad understanding of Private Bank service offerings
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think creative problem solving
  • Language skills appropriate to country market or regional coverage preferred
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
