My client specialises in software solutions for investment funds. They provide fund accounting, transfer agency and portfolio accounting software to asset managers, global custodians and third-party investment fund service providers.

This position will report to the Head of PMO. The PMO Project Manager will work alongside local and regional project teams / managers to ensure projects are delivered to the required quality level following the governance process. You will take day to day responsibility for supporting Projects initiated and managed in the Asia Region.  Where there are exceptions this will be communicated by the Head of PMO

 

Responsibilities for supporting the Programme Management Office Team include:

 

Governance & Control

  • Implementation of project governance standards, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables
  • Working with the PMO team to build and maintain a repository of project templates to support the Project Managers
  • Manage programme level tasks for assigned Project portfolio.  This can include updating the resource plan, maintaining or providing input to the programme level RAID log, attending or conducting Post Implementation Review, updating or maintaining a lessons learned log.

 

Planning, Reporting & Control

  • Monitoring of deliverables and milestones, such as delivery of project status reports
  • Ensuring that Programme Project status reports, in assigned portfolio, are delivered to the PMO in a timely manner
  • Organise / attend regular Programme status meetings for project in assigned portfolio
  • Maintaining the detailed resource plan and skills profile, monitor and track availability of resources and assist in the resolution of resource conflicts
