A business analyst is required to work in the Financial Markets Validation domain covering multiple asset classes. Products will include FX, Money Market, OTC & Listed Derivatives, Fixed Income and Repo. The successful candidate will have a strong Operations background with good knowledge of Confirmation, Documentation and Settlement processes. The candidate must also have a proven track record in leading and performing business analysis and be adept in producing both Current and Target state business process models.

Stakeholder management across Front, Middle and Back Office, both Technology and Operations
Adherence to standards mandated by SCB for project analysis and delivery
Introduce industry best practices, tools, techniques, processes and methodologies which bring clear benefit
Manage keys risks and issues as they arise with timely escalation when required

Minimum 6 years Financial Markets experience
Minimum 3 years BA experience covering MO
Excellent knowledge of Middle Office and Confirmation processes
Knowledge of ISDA documentation
Experience of large strategic change and working with business and technology stakeholders to define and execute operational strategy
Development of clear and detailed process maps and process related documentation
