* Asses the current state of payment systems architecture in line with target state
* Lead the discussion with Product team & business for end-to-end solutioning with the objective of standardization across markets
* Identify hot spots in the payment systems for better throughput & improved TAT in line with system stability
* Responsible for reviewing all functional & technical design documents related to project enhancements
* Work closely with WB architecture team for periodic review of standards, implement new standards
* Lead and apply scrum model.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in Cash payments change control board to understand the biz requirements, evaluate the functional & technical feasibility
  • Map the requirements to the cash system, asses the impact and product Impact analysis document
  • Participate with Biz, Product team to define the future road map and ensure solutions are in line with target state
  • Manage the biz solution & design team (20-30 members) to deliver high quality Functional Specification document (FSD)
  • Ensuring comprehensive walk through of FSD to internal stakeholders, interface teams, testing teams
  • Participate in biz forums, risk forums to understand the operational risks and identify tactical & long term solution
  • Review the test cases prepared by testing team (SIT & UAT) to ensure all scenarios are covered & contribute
  • Participation in PxC as appropriate
  • Involve in production RCA calls for functional gaps
  • Create & own product matrix with country specific mappings
  • Standardization of interfaces, creation of general framework for real time processing & end-to-end payment processing capabilities

    Skill sets
  • Banking knowledge especially on payments, SWIFT messages
  • Interface systems, multiple clearing systems, multiple message formats
  • Techno-functional to understand biz requirement and convert into project deliverables
  • Able to manage senior biz stakeholders in all forums, provide various management updates
