The role holder will play Team Lead role in reporting frame work across WB by working with both onshore and offshore locations including vendor deliverables. Develops and executes world-class technology that drives the business agenda - starting with strategy, architecture design, project initiation, solution governance & quality across project phases, solution delivery, implementation, post-implementation support and service improvements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

* Overall experience 8+ years in technology solution management and solutions delivery for business and operations processes * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks * Good verbal and written communication skills * Good understanding of software development lifecycle using Agile/Waterfall models * Good knowledge on object oriented analysis and design * Good programming and debugging skills * Good knowledge of Coding standards, Design patterns and guidelines. * Understanding on source control, versioning, branching etc. * 4+ Years of experience in leading application development for CRM, KYC, Account Opening, Sales, Credit, Client On-Boarding & Life cycle management. * 5+ Years of experience in leading a development team of size 10 * Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing automated systems /procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements * Engaging teams for working issues to closure and problem resolution * Process adherence * Strong analytical and problem solving * General network knowledge and standard networking protocols * Understanding of versioning tools (SVN, Git) * Experience in Design Patterns * Responsibility for the Code Quality measures * Java / J2EE - strong knowledge of server side programming. Good understanding of basic concepts of collections, multithreading & OOPS concept * Basic hands-on experience in developing UI based applications, UI testing frameworks * Experience in Service Oriented Architecture implementations * Highly motivated with willingness to take ownership / responsibility for their work

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, of which at least last 3-5 years in technology development role using Java/J2EE, BPM tools and Rule based engines. Working experience in large scale projects and implementing solutions globally. Experience in Banking Products especially in areas of Client origination, Credit, Account Opening, Client Relationship & Life Cycle Management is an added advantage. * Engineering, MBA or MCA degree in Computers or IT, with 12 to 15 years of experience in technology systems development & implementation, including at least 3-4 years of experience in BPM rule based systems development and delivery * Strong programming and hands-on skills in Java, EmberJS/AngularJS/Advanced JavaScripting * Good fundamental skills on Unit testing and code coverage using JUnit/QUnit * Good knowledge in open source frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Aspects and Apache Libraries (Camel/ActiveMQ/Commons) * Hands-on skills in JEE specifications like JAX-RS, JAX-WS, JPA * Good knowledge in dependency injections like Spring DI/Blueprints and JSON libraries like Jackson/GSON * Good knowledge in application integration using Web Service (SOAP/REST) or Messaging using JMS * Good knowledge in BPM products. * Hands-on knowledge in JBoss Fuse application servers/container * Hands-on knowledge in Oracle and SQL * Understanding on policy/rule engines like Oracle Policy Automation or others * Hands-on experience on Linux/Unix environments * Understanding on tools like Jenkins/Go-CD, Git/Stash, JIRA, Maven, NodeJS
