Spezialist Zahlungsverkehr / CRM Support 100 % (w/m)

Ihre Mission
  • Einnahme einer unterstützenden Rolle im Team der Kundenberatung
  • Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Pricing, Operations,
  • Trading und Client Administration in Zürich sowie im Ausland
  • Erfassen und Bearbeiten weltweiter Zahlungsbegünstigter
  • Verbuchen von Zahlungseingängen und erfassen ausgehender Zahlungen
  • Erstellen diverser Statistiken und Berichten
  • Ausführung diverser administrativer Arbeiten


Ihr Profil
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise im Finanzsektor
  • Erste Berufserfahrung (1-2 Jahre) von Vorteil
  • Aufgestellte Persönlichkeit mit starker Kundenorientierung
  • Interesse und Flair für Geschehnisse in Währungs- und Finanzmärkten
  • Teamplayer
  • Belastbar, vorausschauend und lösungsorientiert
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Französisch, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Solide Grundkenntnisse in Windows und MS Office

Right now, we are seeking a Client Support Team Member (m/f) based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Your responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Customer Relationship Managers in their daily work (e.g. …)
  • Close cooperation with the local and global pricing, operations, trading and client administration departments
  • Regularly checking stock prices as well as processing related data in relevant systems
  • Maintaining and updating customer data in the related CRM systems and tools
  • Preparing various statistics and reports


Your profile:
  • Business apprenticipe, ideally in the financial sector
  • First work experience in a similar role
  • Mature personality with a strong customer focus
  • Interested in foreign exchange and finance markets
  • Teamplayer
  • Stress resistant, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Excellent command of German and French, good English skills
  • Good knowledge of Windows and MS Office tools
