Operations is one of the largest divisions in the firm and has diverse responsibilities, including correctly settling and recording millions of transactions per day, identifying and mitigating all operational risks, developing strong client relationships and partnering with technology to realize the full potential of IT and e-solutions. Throughout, the Operations department continually seeks ways to improve while actively supporting the development of new businesses, structures and markets.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily account opening and client static data maintenance for Cash Equity business
- Tackle with ad hoc requests or inquiries related to account opening and AML CIP requirements
- Cash Equity trade booking and settlement
- Stock Loan process
- Listed Derivative process
- Conduct system QA testing via close liaison with local system vendor and MS IT support
- Other tasks assigned by team leader/manager under Taiwan Operations


Skills required (essential):
- 4+ years industry experience is required
- TWSE and TAIFEX license qualifications to conduct registered functions in Operations
- Good Team-player with interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to absorb complex information and learn quickly under high pressure
- Willing to take on ownership and be proactive for problem shooting or issue follow-up
- Detail-oriented, being accurate and sensitive in numbers
- Fluent in English conversations and entry-level of business writing

Skills desired:
- Good understanding of local regulations, as well as TWSE market practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with strict timelines
- Ability to handle critical situations
- Client/Business focus with control sense for escalations
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
