Compliance Analyst | Permanent | Edinburgh Change Recruitment Groups client is a global investment company looking for an experienced compliance analyst (3 years minimum related experience) to go into a compliance and monitoring testing role. Our client wants an enthusiastic individual with an enquisitive mind willing to look outside the box to ask those what if questions. You must also be adaptable to change, have a positive and confident approach as well as fantastic written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate with all levels of management.

Role Description:

The Compliance Analyst performs tasks that require a basic knowledge of applicable rules/regulations. This role performs tasks of limited scope and complexity in the areas of monitoring, testing and reporting under regular supervision. Scope: This role completes tasks under regular supervision.

Responsible for or supports the company's efforts to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, as set by the regulators for our industry.

Key Responsibilities
• 1. (95%) - Executes compliance monitoring and testing as defined in the test program, and/or executes other compliance related tasks as pre-defined by Compliance management. Tasks performed are generally of limited scope and/or complexity (Required)
• 2. (5%) - Contributes to special assignments (Required)

Education (or equivalent experience):
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required)

• At least 3 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in the financial services industry (Required)
