You will probably have 2-5 years research and design experience (although may consider a particularly smart graduate with 1 years relevant experience) encompassing some Equities or fund management experience involving Pricing, Indices, Corporate Actions or Company balance sheet information, with a solid mathematical background gained in a Buy side or Sell side firm, Index or Financial Data provider.

IT Skills on SQL in particular would be useful when liaising with IT Development and re-creating Factor etc with Excel VBA also beneficial. This is a great time to be joining an expanding team, working on new products in a highly successful, global firm who will give you extensive training and mentoring to enable your rapid progression.
