The Role:

This role will be based on the trading floor, with the opportunity to work at the front of Fixed Income Compliance. The team are looking for a passionate compliance professional with excellent fixed Income product knowledge who has a demonstrable interest in learning, developing and gaining expertise that positively impacts the trading floor. This role will cover the EMEA Rates & FX desk with the opportunity to develop into arenas of fixed income and the wider financial markets.

The Candidate:

* 3-4 years minimum experience of compliance regulation with strong prior trading floor compliance experience, covering fixed income; FX, Rates, Credit or the debt capital markets. Above all, your knowledge of how the products are traded must be strong enough to gain credibility with the traders quickly.
* A sound understanding of the UK and EMEA regulatory landscape and significant regulatory rules that impact the bank (EMIR and MIFID 2)
* Advisory capacity Fixed Income or Equity trading floor experience, overview of substantial transactions.
* An excellent academic background
* Very strong communication skills
* An ambitious and driven approach
