Our client, a leading FTSE100 telecommunications organisation, is looking for a number of experienced customer experience consultants to help design and improve processes around the customer journey. They will be responsible for the design of new product and service Customer Experience. This organisation is looking for high performing individuals who have a passion for business improvement and want to progress their career with a leading client in a challenging role.
The client is ideally looking for candidates with industry expertise in telecommunications, however any consumer facing industry or management consultancy background would be considered. The individual will need to have exceptional stakeholder management skills as they will be responsible for all stakeholders.
Desirable skills will include:
- Customer process re-engineering
- Process transformation/ architecture
- Lean/ six sigma (green/ black belt is helpful but not necessary)
- Customer acquisition/ retention
- Target Operating Model
Experience in any of the following, would be useful, but not necessary:
- Broadband/ Fibre
- Networks (WAN/ LAN/ VPN/ IP)
- Complex customer migrations
