We have a number of exciting opportunities for experienced IT Auditors with Banking and Financial Services experience to join a mid-sized International Commercial Bank based in the City of London. The Bank offers a mature and professional environment with an excellent work life balance and an enviable career path. We have positions both at AVP and VP.

The IT Auditor will report to a number of reporting lines within the business and will be responsible for the audit delivery to various businesses within the EMEA region. You will be responsible for conducting Audits and leading small audit teams dependent on experience. Solid Stakeholder Management will be a major strength as you will engage with IT Business partners and will be responsible for elements of the audit process, from planning, through fieldwork to delivering high-quality reports.


Experience of internal audit in the banking and financial services sectors along with audit experience of the following technologies:


  • Unix and Linux

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012

  • Database Management Systems (Oracle, including RAC, and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 / 2012)

  • Networking (TCP/IP, Cisco IOS and NXOS, F5, MPLS and voice)

  • Firewalls (CheckPoint, Palo Alto and Cisco ASA)

  • Websphere MQ, IIB and Application Server

  • Virtualisation


Key Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills

  • IT Applications,  IT Infrastructure, or IT Security audit experience

  • Industry qualifications – ACA, CIA, CISA

  • In-depth Audit experience gained in Banking

  • Degree Educated

  • Willing to travel through out the year
