Our client is a global, market leader in the security services sector, with a well-established and successful corporate trust business.

A vacancy has arisen to sit within the Transaction Management team (which sits with the Legal team) of the Corporate Trust business. This role will involve:

  • Co-ordination, review and negotiation of transaction documentation within the corporate trust business;
  • Liaise with Arrangers, Originators and Issuers at inception to closing to push the transactions along;
  • Other ad hoc projects that may arise across the wider security services business.

We are open to considering:

  • a paralegal/transaction manager with an LLB, LPC etc;
  • a newly qualified lawyer;
  • or a qualified lawyer up to 2 year’s PQE.

You must come with experience in not all but some of the following:

  • debt capitals markets;
  • corporate trust;
  • structured finance/securitisation.

Please note we are very open to considering lawyers without direct corporate trust experience but who have worked in the wider debt capital markets space.

As this role has arisen due to a maternity leave in the corporate trust team, we are looking for lawyer who is available at short notice to cover a 12 month period on a fixed term contract basis.
