Are you a UK, Hong Kong or Singapore qualified lawyer? Do you give exceptional Legal advice? We're looking for someone like this to work in our APAC region:

Your role is to:

- Review and draft OTC and note termsheets, confirmations, pricing supplements and final terms, for Equities and FRC businesses, both flow and bespoke transactions
- Advise and manage off-balance sheet financing transactions, such as SPV repackaging transactions
- Represent UBS at the ISDA and other working groups
- Draft, review and negotiate distribution agreements and participate in internal UBS approval processes
- Review legal opinions or documentation prepared by external counsels
- Manage the listings of securities on the Luxembourg, Irish and Singapore Stock Exchange, as well as other Stock Exchanges, for UBS issuance or third party issuance.

Your team is based in APAC but we're open to candidates based in London that are open to moving to Hong Kong, Sydney or Singapore.

You will have the following experience and skills:
- Experience dealing with ISDA documentation and working on OTC derivative transactions
- Experience of financial services regulatory frameworks in foreign jurisdictions, having Singapore or Hong Kong experience would give a distinct advantage
- Previously worked in an in-house financial organisation
- A strong interest in training and the financial services industry

You are:
- Fluent in English, the ability to read and write Mandarin or Cantonese is desirable
- Able to identify and analyse issues to resolve them in a timely manner
- A team player, who is resilient under pressure and able to tackle new material quickly
- Incredibly organised, with an innate sense of how to prioritise
- Able to work closely with the business and develop a thorough understanding of its capabilities and requirements (you don't shy away from challenging situations)
