There will be a small amount of international travel
You will be responsible for developing concise requirements documents through the evaluation, analysis and interview process of clients, prospects and key market influencers.
The Team are responsible for the communication of these requirements and the management of the product life cycle process. This includes all aspects of a product from ideation, through to launch including product marketing, pricing and go-to-market strategy
You will also run a team of product owners responsible for the different product component.
The role requires active collaboration with the sales force, product management and marketing and engineering.
10+ years of experience in Product Management roles in financial services technology or data products;
Knowledge and understanding of agile product development methodology
Prior experience marketing enterprise-class software to buy side and sell side institutions
Knowledge of the financial services industry, software and prior experience with EDM software, and understanding of drivers for EDM projects including data quality/data governance, back office, investment accounting, investment management and risk management
Demonstrated success in product assessment and requirements documentation
Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation experience
Responsible for the product management processes
Deliver market requirements to engineering and work collaboratively to assist as requested in specification development and with engineering during the development process through to launch
End to end product lifecycle management through to release including product portfolio management, licensing, pricing and launch
Assist sales, account management and marketing in the communication of strategy, release planning and delivery process.
Responsible for commercial acceptance of new functionality and releases
