Global Risk Analytics: Career Opportunities

Made up of over 600 personnel, the Global Risk Analytics (GRA) team is responsible for developing a consistent and coherent set of models and analytical tools that facilitate effective Risk and Capital measurement, management, and reporting. GRA partners with the front line units and control functions to ensure that the models and analytics address both internal and regulatory requirements. GRA works closely with the technology organization to deliver the next generation of tools and models within the Company's strategic infrastructure. The team provides quantitative support for individual projects while proactively identifying areas and problems that would benefit from additional quantitative focus.

We are looking for quantitative finance professionals at all levels of seniority; individual contributors as well as experienced team managers.

As Quantitative Finance Analyst your skills will ideally include:

  • PhD or equivalent in quantitative fields such as mathematics, statistics etc.
  • In depth understanding of financial mathematics including stochastic differential equations, probability theory, interest rates and credit risk modelling
  • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation and very good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong coding ability in VBA, C++ and Python is a plus
  • Quantitative modelling experience in various models or related area in a major trading or investment firm preferred
