All of these positions are full 360 recruitment roles so you will be expected to manage your own desk.

Positions: Audit, Compliance, Finance & Accounting and Risk Recruitment Consultants/Managers

All of these positions are full 360 recruitment roles so you will be expected to manage your own desk.

Applicants must be highly organised, focused and driven with a strong ability to communicate effectively and work within a team.

The role will include:

  • Relationship building with clients and candidates
  • Candidate Management including identifying, approaching and closing
  • Market mapping
  • Client meetings
  • Managing specific projects
  • Lead and mentor juniors in the team

 

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experience:

  • 1-12 years recruitment experience covering Audit, Compliance, Finance & Accounting or Risk (amount of experience will determine the level you come in to the business at, from consultant-manager/head of team)
  • Graduate calibre
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal with individuals from different backgrounds
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Language skills desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
