Credit Benchmark is expanding business with leading IRB and Commercial banks in multiple geographies to build and deploy Consensus Credit Estimates. We are looking to hire an experienced account management professional, in our London Head Office, that will be a part of the business development team to help embed consensus credit data within these organizations.


The primary function of the role will be to work with Contributing Financial Institutions and their credit risk organizations to embed Consensus Credit Risk data into their day to day workflow.

More specifically, the role will include:

  • Design and execution of a world class account management process that will scale and support our growing global client base
  • Developing a user landscape and use cases of the credit risk organization at a Contributing Financial Institution
  • Scheduling and executing end user training of applications that deliver Consensus Credit Estimates
  • Introducing our data and capabilities to an expanding number of different users across our client base
  • Presenting the firm in a professional manner to senior executives at the client base
  • To be the firms “lightning rod” for any and all client related issues.
  • To efficiently choreograph the necessary meetings and reporting to deliver optimal value to the clients
  • Summary of usage reporting by each Contributing Financial Institution to assess progress
  • Be the go-to person for maintaining a client service relationship with the end user community in each Contributing Financial Institution
  • Responsibility for contract renewals and for growing the number of Credit Benchmark users, ensuring revenue from customer accounts are in line with the company's budget

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of account management experience at a recurring revenue financial market intelligence/data provider, or:
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in credit analysis and credit risk management processes
  • Strong relationship management skills and process orientated approach to the work assigned
  • Solid organization skills to schedule, execute and record activities in a CRM system. Experience with Salesforce a bonus
  • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken), confident and eloquent in presentation
  • Self starter: proactive, with an ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
  • Strong team worker
  • Calmness under pressure and excellent prioritization skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution
  • Fluent / Native English speaker. Fluency in other foreign languages a bonus
  • Eligible to work in the UK
