Senior CRM Specialist in a leading global asset manager.

Our client is a leading global asset manager with an enviable profile and brand. They are seeking to hire a Senior CRM specialist for their growing European business. 

The purpose of the role is to lead the European delivery of a globally integrated digital CRM strategy across their retail, wholesale and institutional channels. Key responsibilities include; defining and delivering the digital CRM database strategy, overseeing and managing the launch of a new integrated CRM system, developing a digital centre of excellence within the business to improve best practice and new process, designing and recommending relevant digital solutions to support the European CRM strategy and to drive buy-in across the broader business and the relevant stakeholders. 

The successful candidate will possess proven strategic CRM database experience ideally within a pan-European or global business. Investment management experience would be useful, but candidates with experience across broader professional or financial services will be considered. Experience of Microsoft Dynamics would also be very useful, but not essential. Candidates must also have a passion for digital technology and a keen interest in the latest developments in this sector, excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills and the ability to deliver multiple projects and initiatives in a pressurised environment.
