Key Objectives of the Role:


• The key objective of the role is to project manage and coordinate various transitions events for Institutional Clients including new client onboarding as well portfolio restructuring for existing clients

Responsibilities include:


• Project managing and co-ordinating for the following events:
 o New client onboarding
 o Portfolio restructures/rebalancing
 o In Specie-transfers
 o Account openings
 o Implementing third party custodian account set up for pooled funds and segregated accounts
 o Resolving transaction queries
 o Client reporting – pre transition analysis, post transition reporting
• Keep Current – (market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc) and maintain ongoing and effective communication and alignment of these with client business practices.  
• Any other ad-hoc projects as required.
• Adhere to all relevant FCA requirements and compliance.


Technical Capabilities/Skills & Experience Required for the Role:


• Extensive Asset Management Transitions experience – pooled funds/segregated accounts/in specie transfers
• Ideally degree educated (or equivalent) with experience within financial services.  Private banking, mutual funds and investment advisory is preferred as is industry knowledge of private banking, asset management and investment processing.
• Experience in financial service industry
• Knowledge of medium and large pension schemes
• Project Management experience
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
