This is a technical role (Cisco Unity Call Manager CUCM Networking Security Telephony EIGRP CCNA CCNP CCVP Finance Banking) and you will be required to have the following: - Cisco (Cisco Unity Call Manager- CUCM) telephony administration - creating and deleting users, trouble-shooting sound quality etc. - Cisco networking routing and switching administration - layer two maintenance of trunk links, ether port channels, end to end VLANs

~~ICBC Standard are looking for a Cisco voice and networking engineer to join our team.

- Cisco (Cisco Unity Call Manager- CUCM) telephony administration - creating and deleting users, trouble-shooting sound quality etc.

- Cisco networking routing and switching administration - layer two maintenance of trunk links, ether port channels, end to end VLANs

The following would be DESIRABLE:

- EIGRP

- CCNA, CCNP or CCVP

- Voice recording (Nice, Redbox)

- Dealerboard experience

There will be a broad range of work, with a primary focus on VOiP telephony, working on Cisco Unity Call Manager, and Cisco EIGRP Routers and Switches. You will be trained in areas that you do not have experience, whether it be Juniper, Cisco ASA, UCCE, UCCX, Nice, or other latest technology that they have in the environment.

 


The operational comms team is 4, supporting 1500-2500 EMEA users.

 


Support the Voice/Telecoms infrastructure, covering Cisco call manager enterprise, IPC dealer boards and other technologies listed in the voice and infrastructure technology stack.

 


Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support in other domains (IPC), within London & International office locations.

 


Responsible for resolving &\or fulfilling incident, problem, change, service requests, break-fix, backups \ restores etc.

 

 

 

The following would be DESIRABLE:

- EIGRP

- CCNA, CCNP or CCVP

- Voice recording (Nice, Redbox)

- Trading or dealerboard experience

 

 

Voice & Infrastructure Technology Stack

Call Manager 1st,2nd and 3rd Line support (Primary, International and DR)

o   Cisco Telephone account creations/deletions

o   Call Pickup groups creation cisco

o   Extension mobility PIN resets

o   Phone & Conference station support

o   UCCX support for London

o   ARC support & maintenance

o   Call manager peripherals

 


Unity Connection 1st,2nd and 3rd Line Support

IPC 1st,2nd &3rd Line Support

o   IPC Account creation/deletions

o   IPC Broker line creation/deletion

o   IPC New Line creation

 


MVR 1st&2nd Line Support

o   MVR Account Creations/deletions

o   MVR Fault investigation

o   Ensure backups are prompt prior to deletion

o   Provisioning MVR recordings

o   Provisioning Cisco Call recordings

o   Provisioning IPC call recordings

 


Other Key Functions

o   Hoot Support (International)

o   Call recording for MVR, Cisco and IPC

o   Telephone Hardware fault investigation (Cisco & IPC Turrets)

o   Cisco DMP Support

o   Vasco Support

o   Blackberry fault investigation

o   Call Billing with Cisco CDR (support and maintenance for Proteus)

o   Compliance call retrieval on investigations

o   Door entry system support

o   Blackberry service for the Remote base station

o   Exterity for free view channels and satellite feeds

o   SKY remote base station

o   Intercall Conferencing accounts
