Wells Fargo's Global Remittance Services (GRS) unit is a part of the Deposit Products Group in the Community Bank. The GRS unit drives Wells Fargo’s international consumer remittance service product efforts with the ExpressSend Service. The service is currently available to 13 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia with over 52,000 remittance payout locations worldwide. GRS is seeking a high caliber individual to join their Remittance Relationship Network Member Support team as an Operations Manager 2.

This role will be responsible for the following:
  • Manage the GRS RNM scorecard process execution for the GRS Remittance Network
  • Directly managing 2 Operations Analysts
  • Review and analyze RNM systems issues patterns
  • Ensure proper team coordination and partnership with WFVC service and operations
  • Coordinate monthly RNM issues Ops review with all key internal constituents
  • Oversee proper procedural updates for key regulatory requirements for systems issues reviews and reports
  • Maintain and continuously look for enhancement opportunities in the documented procedures and overall process
  • Manage RNM issue tracking logs quality
  • Ensure proper follow up to key issues identified during quarterly RNM meetings and during monthly Operational reviews

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of banking or financial operations experience
  • Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish/English
  • 4+ years of operations experience
  • 1+ year of leadership experience in an operations environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Wire payments or transfers experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking: regulations, compliance, policies, process, and procedures
  • Knowledge and understanding of the UW (Universal Workstation) system
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge and understanding of departmental workflow processes
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Job Expectations

  • Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours
