Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related quantitative field plus 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Performance Test Engineering including 4 years leading IT projects. Must have experience with Performance testing tools and frameworks, including HP Load Runner, Performance Center and JMeter. Must have experience with performance diagnostics, profiling and monitoring tools. Must have experience with web technologies including Java, .NET and C#. Must have experience with QA performance testing processes and methodologies. Must have experience with all stages of Performance Testing Lifecycle including managing performance test deliverables and milestones. Must have experience with performance tests including Load, Stress, Volume, Scalability, Reliability, and Capacity.
