The Counterparty Credit Risk Infrastructure and Capital (CCIC) Basel group has the firm-wide End-to-End Oversight responsibility on Regulatory Capital (RC) process for Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) stream, including Basel program and Regulatory Stress Testing RWA forecasting and selected Legal Entity RC Oversight responsibility. This will involve working with multiple regulators and internal groups to ensure completeness and accuracy of regulatory capital and robustness of controls within the associated end-to-end processes. We are looking to hire a VP level project manager in the New York office.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management of regulatory capital initiatives including but not limited to RWA stress testing, ongoing BAU oversight and internal analytics development.
  • Build constructive relationships with stakeholders, including senior management and other project managers
  • Facilitate project meetings; create materials to be used for presentation at working group and senior management meetings
  • Project planning and analysis - including detailed project plans, documenting scope and business requirements, detailing issues & problems; drafting business and technical data flows

  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to be a team player and help drive consensus at broader forums
  • Ability to think creatively and offer solutions around tactical and strategic remediation
  • Working knowledge of derivatives and/or securities financing products and their credit risk management
  • Working knowledge of Basel II/III CCR Regulations and/or CCAR RWA stress testing
  • Experience with JPMorgan credit risk systems infrastructure is a plus
  • Experience with counterparty credit risk management of is a plus
