The Manager Development Control is responsible for improving the financial monitoring of all West Coast Development Projects of citizenM Hotels. Next to that he/she is responsible for monitoring all development budgets and for the creation of tools to manage risks and processes.  

 

key responsibilities

  • monitor and report on development projects
  • monitor and control the purchase to pay process of the development budgets
  • manage and report on funding of the development projects (equity & debt)
  • manage relationship with / reporting to the bank throughout the construction phases of the projects
  • perform analysis on development budgets to provide guidance to the relevant teams
  • improve quality and consistency in reporting on development projects
  • participate in project team meetings and finance meetings
  • conduct regular risk assessments to be reported
  • play a vital role in the cooperation between Project Management and Finance departments of citizenM

 

qualifications / skills

  • good understanding of the dynamics of a development project as well as the financial  process behind it
