SAP Data Migration Lead | $165 - $175k + Super

We're partnering with a leading product and distribution business undertaking a major enterprise transformation programme involving the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP S/4HANA.



This is an opportunity for an experienced Data Migration Lead with SAP expereince to take ownership of the Australian migration stream, initially supporting some of the WMS implementation through to go-live in February 2027 before transitioning into a broader SAP S/4HANA programme running through to 2028.



This role combines hands-on migration delivery with stakeholder engagement and programme leadership. You'll own migration activities from planning through to cutover, while working alongside an experienced Europe-based migration team that is several months ahead in the programme.




Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities across the WMS and SAP S/4HANA programmes


• Manage full data loads, migration cycles, validation, reconciliation and cutover activities


• Define data mappings, transformation rules and migration documentation


• Partner with business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and ensure migration readiness


• Support migration activities across Finance, Supply Chain and other business domains


• Drive migration testing, UAT support and business sign-off

About You

• Proven experience leading data migration workstreams within large ERP, WMS or transformation programmes


• Strong hands-on experience executing migration loads and cutover activities


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and/or Warehouse Management Systems


• Familiarity with SAP migration tooling, ETL platforms or similar technologies


• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills


• Ability to operate across both technical and business-facing environments
