Your new company
Your new company specialises in advisory, legal and tax and audit services. This firm is looking to recruit an Assurance Manager

Your new role
Your role as an Assurance Manager you will support and coordinate with the partners to ensure that your audit team efficiently delivers its services in a timely and orderly manner. Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, your role as an Assurance Manager will also require you to provide continual support and professional development for your team, coordinating and delegating work to ensure timely outflows.

You will apply your expert experience to daily activities to provide in depth knowledge and assurance to your clients. Through your advance people management and coordination skills, you will plan and coordinate operational services, to ensure the highest standard of delivery. Preparing and reporting in accordance with auditing standards, you and your team will engage with numerous clients in a wide range of industries providing extensive and informative reports.

As a manager you will lead client engagements and maintain professional relationships with key businesses, staying up to date with relevant changes in accounting standards and regulations. Utilising your expert people management skills to provide performance management and training and excelling the professional development of those underneath you.

What you'll need to succeed
Your success will stem from demonstrated experience in a similar role within a large or mid-tier firm, you will have completed a relevant university degree and have completed your CA/CPA. You perform your duties to the highest standard of work and have exceptional communication and coordination skills, as well as demonstrating a keen mind for problem solving skills and a willingness to strive for excellence. As this is a management role, you will have demonstrated experience in people management, and exceptional client management and engagement skills. Excellent presentation, report writing and interpersonal skills will be highly regarded.
